QwikLocker Data Removal & Account Deletion Request
At QwikLocker, we respect your right to control your personal data. In accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Apple App Store & Google Play developer guidelines, you may request the complete, permanent deletion of your account and all associated records.
What Happens When You Request Data Removal
Account Deletion
Your user profile, login credentials, and personal information (name, email, phone number, saved addresses) are permanently erased from our authentication and production databases.
Delivery & Telemetry Records
Historical access codes, carrier tracking numbers, and Bluetooth unlock timestamps are anonymized or scrubbed.
Payment Tokens
Stored payment tokens and billing authorizations with our payment gateway (Stripe) are immediately revoked and deleted.
Active Reservations
Any pending locker reservations are cancelled. (Please ensure you have collected any parcels from locker compartments prior to requesting deletion).
How to Submit Your Request
Method 1: In the QwikLocker Mobile App (Instant)
- Open the QwikLocker app on your iOS or Android device.
- Tap the Profile / Settings icon in the bottom menu.
- Scroll down and tap "Request Data Removal / Delete Account".
- Confirm your selection. Your account and personal data will be purged immediately.

Processing Timeframe
In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Requests submitted via the web form or email are acknowledged within forty-eight (48) hours and fully executed across all server backups within thirty (30) days.
